Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AND+ collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We’ve kept it plain. If anything here is unclear, email us and we’ll explain it properly.

AND+ is operated by AND PLUS NUTRITION PTE. LTD. (UEN 202541467G), a company registered in Singapore. In this policy, “AND+”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AND PLUS NUTRITION PTE. LTD.

What we collect

Right now, our website does one main thing: it lets you register for our taste test and sign up for updates. So the personal data we collect is limited.

When you register for the taste test:

• Your full name and email address.
• Your answers to a few short questions: how often you have protein products, how often you exercise, what a typical weekday looks like for you, your age range, your gender, and, if you choose to add one, a comment about protein products.
• The date you registered and the fact that you consented to receive updates.

When you visit the site:

• Anonymous, aggregated usage data, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at our site, and general device or country information. This is collected without cookies and is not linked to you personally. We use it to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not ask for your phone number, address, NRIC, or payment details. If that changes in future — for example, when we start selling — we’ll update this policy first.

Why we use it

We use your name and email address to send you updates about AND+ Protein Shot and our launch, and to contact you about the taste test.

We use your answers to choose a good mix of people for the taste test and to plan the session. We also use them to understand who our product is for, and to make the updates we send you more relevant.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send it to advertisers.

We use website usage data to see what’s working, fix what isn’t, and make the site better.

Age

The taste test is open to people aged 18 and over. If you tell us you’re under 18, you won’t be selected to attend.

Your consent

When you register, you’re consenting to receive our updates by email, and to our using your answers as described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site and our mailing list. These providers process data on our behalf, and only for the purposes above.

• Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) — stores our mailing list and sends our emails.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly usage analytics.
• Google Workspace — our email (hello@andplusnutrition.com).

We don’t share your personal data with anyone else, except where we’re required to by law.

Where your data goes

Some of the providers above store data outside Singapore (for example, Mailchimp stores data in the United States). Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, in line with our providers’ own data protection commitments.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) that do not use cookies and do not collect personal data. We only see aggregated, anonymous information about how the site is used. Because of this, our site does not require a cookie consent banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your name, email address and answers until you unsubscribe or we close the mailing list. You can also ask us to delete your answers at any time. We keep a record of your consent for as long as needed to show we handled your data properly. Website usage data is retained only as long as it’s useful for improving the site.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it’s wrong.
• Withdraw your consent to receiving updates.
• Delete your taste-test answers. You can ask at any time, and doing so doesn’t unsubscribe you.

To do any of these, email us at the address below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers, secure connections (HTTPS across the site), and access controls to keep your data safe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll let you know.
